Group Training

Our small group classes are suitable for individuals of varying fitness levels, and those who draw energy and motivation from being around others as they work hard to get fit. With up to five classes each day, every busy working individual can choose from a list of dynamic and fun classes that they enjoy, with their favourite coaches.

We focus on technique and progression of our students, by keeping our coach to student ratio small, and capped at 6 per class.

Attending a good mix of our classes can help you build strength and lean mass, and/or get fit with high intensity conditioning programmes.
