These small group classes are suitable for individuals who prefer to workout with friends and in groups. Catered for a maximum of 8 participants, the sessions will have one coach teaching the exercises for the program of the day.
There are 4 types of group training sessions to work on various components of an individual’s fitness, each focusing on a variety of tools and equipment, or type of movements.
